The mine is built: site preparation, access roads, infrastructure and the first benches.
Mining
Daily operations, including drilling, blasting, excavation and haulage, run to agreed production targets.
Dispatch
Crushing, screening and dispatch are handled so the owner receives finished product ready for sale.
The owner keeps the mine. The MDO brings the equipment, people and operating know-how, and is paid for the tonnes it delivers.
